Improved Canola Establishment and Growth with Nanoparticles

Nanoparticle application significantly improved early canola performance by enhancing both seed germination and biomass accumulation. Treated canola seeds showed an approximately 10% increase in germination percentage, supporting faster and more uniform crop establishment. In addition, nanoparticle‑treated plants produced 1.23‑fold greater biomass compared with untreated controls, indicating improved nutrient uptake and early vegetative growth. These gains in establishment and plant vigor help create a stronger foundation for canola productivity, particularly under challenging or variable growing conditions.
